  • 2 pound lean brisket
  • 1.5 cups duck sauce
  • 12 ounces brisket sauce (I like Mikee)
  • 1 sweet onion chopped
  • 1 cup water

  4. Combine duck sauce and brisket sauce with a whisk

  6. Place brisket fat side down in pan and pour sauce and onions over it

  8. Cover brisket and place in oven for 2-2.5 hours
