Ingredients

  • 13 ounce package ring bologna
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 ounces each)
  • 1 can creamed corn (15 ounces)
  • 10 ounces egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 cup whole milk or half-and-half

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Cook noodles according to package instructions to al dente
  3. Don't overcook the noodles because they will continute to cook in the oven
  4. Drain noodles and rinse with cold water
  5. Pour noodles into a large mixing bowl
  6. Cut ring bologna into 1/2 inch coins
  7. Combine corn, soup, milk, sugar, salt and pepper
  8. Add corn mixture to pasta
  9. Add ring bologna
  10. Place pasta in casserole dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
