  • 8 ripe figs, cut in half

  • 2 pita bread rounds
  • 2 cups of plain, whole yogurt


  1. Place the yogurt in a sieve lined with a coffee filter and set over a bowl
  2. Let drain overnight in the refrigerator
  3. The next day, discard the water and place the yogurt cheese in a bowl.Warm the pitas in a 350F oven for 3 minutes
  4. Spread with the yogurt cheese, drizzle with the honey and top with the figs.
