  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can Duncan Hines Frosting Creations Starter
  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
  • Sprinkles or Jelly Beans
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 Frosting Creation Orange Creme flavor packet
  • 1 1/4 cups orange juice
  • Plastic push pop containers
  • Ribbon for decorating
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 Duncan Hines French Vanilla or Yellow Cake Mix
  • Decorator bag fitted with a Giant Round or Star Tip


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a cupcake pan with non-stick cooking spray {I use Wilton Cupcake Pans} In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for the cupcakes, mix well Divide batter into pan {about 1/4 cup in each} Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean Cool completely Mix Duncan Hines Frosting Starter and Orange Creme flavor packet in bowl until well combined Place in fridge to firm up a bit Using the top of the push pop as a guide, cut out 2 round cakes for each push pop Depending on the height of your cupcake, you may need to cut a piece from one end Add a piece of cake to the push pop Using a decorator bag filled with Orange Creme frosting, pipe into push pop Add sprinkles and repeat layer On the top, pipe on a large star and add sprinkles
