  • 1/2 Cucumber, peeled, seeded, small dice
  • 2/3 C. Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 C. Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  • 1 1/2 lb. Ground Lamb(24 oz.)
  • 20 oz. Ground Turkey
  • 8-10 Hamburger Buns
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Pickled Onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 C. Plain Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Red Onion, finely diced
  • Salt, to taste


  1. Add the ground lamb, ground turkey, olive oil, feta crumbles, salt, pepper, and parsley to a large bowl
  2. Using you hands, mix the ingredients together well.Divide into 8-10 portions and shape each portion into a patty, taking care not to make them too thick.Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil
  3. When it's hot, add the patties and cook on medium/high heat for about 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.Serve burgers with hamburger buns, cucumber sauce, and pickled onion.FOR THE CUCUMBER SAUCE:Add the yogurt, lemon juice, diced cucumber, diced onion, and garlic to a small bowl and combine
