Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 can (10¾ ounces) condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1½ cups cubed cooked ham
  • ¼ cup dry white wine (or chicken broth)
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms, sautéed in a little butter
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small package spaghetti, (5 oz)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except spaghetti and butter in slow cooker; stir well
  2. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 6 to 8 hours.Just before serving, cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain and toss with butter
  3. Stir into ham mixture in slow cooker
  4. Sprinkle additional grated Parmesan cheese just before serving.
