  • 1 bag boil-in-bag brown rice
  • Flour tortillas (burrito-size)
  • Optional items to garnish: lettuce, tomato, sour cream, avocado
  • Olive oil
  • Onion
  • Red bell pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast


  1. Add chicken and bottle of simmer sauce from the Kraft Recipe Makers package to crockpot
  2. Cook on low for 4 hours or until tender and cooked
  3. Shred chicken.Prepare boil-in-bag brown rice, and saute red pepper and onion in a small amount of olive oil until slightly tender.Make quesadillas on either a panini grill, quesadilla maker, or on the stove-top
  4. Cook until lightly browned on both sides, and cheese has melted.Serve with the salsa from the Kraft Recipe Makers package, as well as optional garnishes: lettuce, tomato, sour cream, avocado.
