Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 3 Teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced (Or ¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder)
  • 1 cup Chopped Green Pepper
  • 3 Pounds Ground Beef
  • 1½ Cups Ketchup
  • 4 Tablespoons Mustard
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 4 Tablespoons Vinegar
  • ½ Cup Water
  • 4 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef, onion and garlic.Drain off the fat.Combine the rest of the ingredients in slow cooker, and let simmer for 2 hours or longer (the longer it simmers the better it tastes)
