Ingredients

  • 2 T melted butter
  • 2 cups white wine or chicken broth (the alcohol cooks off and this tastes amazing!)
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp dried mustard
  • 2-3 lbs of pork loin or shoulder/butt roast (loin is leaner, shoulder is like pulled pork, much more tender, but more fat)
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Mix melted butter and spices to make a rub
  2. Put pork into crockpot and rub with mixture
  3. Pour in liquid
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours.
