  • 1/2 cup of Blackberries
  • 1/4th Cup of Cut Up Strawberries
  • Fruit Dip
  • 1 Teaspoon of Olive Oil
  • Pillsbury Refrigerated Pizza Crust Dough (trust me, do white not wheat)
  • 1/2 cup of Raspberries
  • 1/3rd Cup of Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon of Melted Unsalted Butter

  1. You will need to use a 6 quart or larger crock-pot, the small ones are not big enough.Take out the pizza dough, use your rolling pin with a bit of flour and roll it out into the size of the bottom of the crock (I used parchment paper and drew the size of the inside of the crock using the crock lid as my guide).Place Pan Lining Paper at the bottom of the crock making it as smooth and bulge free as possible.Place the dough into the crock.Combine the olive oil and butter and brush the dough with it.Cover the crock with 3 paper towels attached, place the lid and push a fork in between (this catches water drips).Cook in crock on low for about 6 hours, or until it looks just about done. Then you will carefully spread the cleaned raspberries, blackberries and strawberries (or other fruit) over the dough and then pour the sugar over that. The Sugar needs to melt, it will generally take about an hour.Once it’s cooked, serve with fruit dip you find in the store, or ice cream.Tastes best warm.
