  • 1 cup Apple Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 3 Gala Apples, Diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey (more if you really want this to be sweet)
  • Sprinkle of Nutmeg
  • 1 cup Steel Cut Oats
  • 3 cups Water


  1. Add all ingredients to the crock and stir.Cook on low for 4-6 hours stirring about every hour
  2. (Or cook on High for 2-4 hours making sure to stir every hour.)Serve with a little brown sugar, honey, maple syrup or whatever your hear desires on top! I chose honey.
