Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds [I used honey roasted almonds]
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/3 cup brown rice syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 4 cups rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray
  3. In a large bowl combine the oats, almonds, raisins, and cinnamon
  4. Pour in the melted peanut butter, the apple sauce, and the brown rice syrup, stirring to combine
  5. Make sure that all the oats are covered with the wet mixture.Pour oats out in to baking dish and spread out in to an even layer
  6. With your hands, press the mixture down in to the pan to make sure that the pats are packed in
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until oats are slightly golden brown
  8. Remove from oven and allow oats to cool
  9. With a spoon break oats in to big chunks and get ready to have snack attack!
