Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Kraft caramel bits
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 carrot cake mix
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, butter, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon
  2. Beat until combined
  3. Stir in the white chips and caramel bits by hand
  4. Chill dough in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.Form dough into 36 balls and place on baking sheet
  5. Bake at 350* for 10 minutes
  6. Let cool on pan 2-3 minutes
  7. Gently remove from pan to cooling rack
  8. Cool completely
  9. Store in air tight container.
