Ingredients

  • 1 apple - cored and cut in large chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 1 carrot - grated
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 c greek yogurt - fat free
  • 1 Tbs flax seed meal
  • 1 in. piece raw ginger
  • ½ lemon - peeled
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 1 Tbs pysillium husk
  • 2 c spinach
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Water to blend
