Ingredients

  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 Tbs milk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup Butterfingers, crushed
  • 1 cup Butterfingers, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line an 8 inch baking dish with foil, and spray with non-stick spray.Mix together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth
  3. Mix in the peanut butter until well combined
  4. Add egg, and vanilla, and mix well
  5. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt
  6. Fold in Butterfingers
  7. Pour batter into prepared pan, and bake for 25-30 minutes
  8. A tester should come out clean
  9. Remove from oven, and cool completelyMeanwhile prepare frosting
  10. In a large bowl mix together butter, sugar, milk and vanilla until desired consistency
  11. Adjust the sugar and milk as needed, to get a spreadable consistency.Once the blondies are cool, top with frosting.
