Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle seasoning
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 tbsp onion soup mix-
  • *no salt! onion soup mix has enough!
  • dash pepper
  • 1/2 sweet onion

Instructions

  2. Heat oven to 400 degrees F
  3. Spray mini muffins tins with cooking spray.2
  4. Place broccoli and onion into food processor and process for 10 seconds
  5. Broccoli can be frozen.3
  6. Transfer broccoli and onion mixture to large bowl and add the rest of ingredients.4
  7. Fill each muffin tin to top with mixture and pat down with back of spoon so they are nice and secure.5
  8. Bake for 20-30 minutes till bites are pulling away from the sides and they are nice and browned.
