Ingredients

  • 3 Tbs carrots, shredded
  • 3 cloves garlic, grated
  • ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 2 Tbs rice vinegar
  • 2 Tble seasame seeds
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1 Tbs seasame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to the package direction.In a large bowl whisk together everything but the carrots
  2. Whisk until well combined and smooth
  3. Toss in the cooked pasta and carrots
  4. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
